Size 00 = Size 24/25 = XS=24-25" Waist

Size 0 = Size 26/27 = S = 26-27" Waist

Size 2 = Size 28 = M = 28" Waist

Size 4 = Size 29 = M = 29" Waist

Size 6 = Size 30 = M/L = 30" Waist

Size 8 = Size 31 = L = 31" Waist

Size 10 = Size 32 = XL = 32" Waist

Size 12 = Size 33 = XL = 33" Waist

Size 14 = Size 34 = XXL = 34" Waist

Size 16 = Size 35/36 = XXL =35-36”Waist

How to do it please see attached pictures.

- FRONT RISE , using measuring tape, measure about 10.5 - 12.5 inches from the crotch seam up to waistband (that point you will know how high the shorts will sit on you ) - WAIST , at the point from above, measure all around your waist the you will know your waist measurement in inches. 

- HIPS measure around the widest part of your butt - Thigh measure all around your thigh see attached picture.

XS - 24-25" WAIST 34-35" HIP (the front rise is about 10-10.5") 

S - 26-27" WAIST 36-37" HIP (the front rise is about 10.5") 

M - 28-29" WAIST 38-39" HIP (the front rise is about 11") 

L. - 30-31" WAIST 40-41" HIP (the front rise is about 11.5") 

XL - 32-33" WAIST 42-43" HIP (the front rise is about 12") XXL -34-36" WAIST 44-46" HIP (the front rise is about 12.5-13")
